Do I need a credit card to sign up for a free trial?
Not now, not ever. We hate handing over our credit card info for products we don’t know will work for our business and so we don’t ask for any credit card information until you are sure Burdi will work for you.
If I need help setting up my account, where do I go?
Once you have created your account, you will be able to register for an online demo where one of our team will show you around and help you set up your account based on your personal needs.
We also have a series of ‘How To’ videos and guides on how to set up your account.
Of course, if you still need a hand, you can always email or call us.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yep. No lock in contracts here. We have no need to lock you in because we’re pretty sure you’ll want to stay.
I’m not sure which plan is right for me, where do I start?
If you are unsure where to start you can give us a call and one of our team can help you decide which plan will be the right fit.
If things change for me, can I change plans?
Sure can. We get it, business has its ups and downs and things change. You can move both up and down with our pricing packages. If you do move down to a lower pricing package the change will be reflected at the start of your new billing cycle.
Is there anything else to pay?
Nope, nope and nope. We don’t like secrets so there are no hidden fees with us. If you are finding that you are uploading more invoices then you originally thought we suggest moving to a different plan that is more cost effective for you.
Can I use Burdi even if I don’t have ServiceM8 or Xero?
Sure can! While most of our clients love our integration features you can use Burdi on its own to keep an eye on your materials and prices. If you are using different job management or accounting software you can also hound them to partner with us (we love making new friends).
